I remember when I was a kid and my mom showed me how to make a rose out of a radish. I thought that was pretty cool.
Food that looked like something it wasn't = culinary genius.
Fast forward uhh... a lot of years later, the exact number isn't important. :) and there's complete works of art composed of edible yum yums.
